Terrible Product and Service - airline tickets


I purchased a flight through cheapoair.com and made the unpleasant discovery that I had to pay for my checked bag, despite having checked with cheapoair and the airline first to avoid that problem. Come to find out, I had purchased a discounted ticket that did not allow me any checked bag. I am very displeased that cheapoair.com never communicated to me that i had purchased a discounted ticket. The only thing they did to help was give me a $15USD refund. Otherwise, cheapoair insists it was not their fault and I should have known. How could I have known if nobody told me? I'm severely disappointed in both the product and the service I have received.
