Re Booking # 24602055
Despite multiple calls and inquiries, have not got may remaining refund of $701.00 yet from cancellation made on 6/29/15. It has been a list of broken promises and lies with most recent conversation lasting >35 minutes on 8/24/15 upto Supervisor level who was supposed to call back in 5-10 minutes!!! still no response.
