    I had never write a complaine before in my life, but this is it. Cheapoair customer service is way beyond terrible and unknowledge, bad attitude, and unhelpful. My sister and I book these tickets together,but only my booking need to be cancelled due to work related. The booking was under my sister name and info. The past 5 days I have tried to use the future credit.   • Bad Flight

    Not a good experience with the Airline. I had a 2hr delay when leaving and then my connecting flight was cancelled. Next when I got to my destination the next day my luggage was lost and then tracked in Detroit when I was in Moline Illinois. I wore the same clothes I flew in at my interview. I left a day later because I had to wait for my luggage to get when I was. I then had another flight delay and missed my connecting flight and the airline let me stay in a hotel overnight.   • Not so good first time Iternational flight

    I bought my plane ticket from cheapoair and had the worst experience ever. my first flight was canceled and than re scheduled hours later. that was ok but than I traveled with Etihad airways from Chicago to Abu Dubai. we had a emergency landing due to a passenger getting dehydrated which caused a delay. I was fine with that. than another emergency landing due to another passenger getting sick and I herd they are deceased now. we had to land in London and stay the night there than leave the next morning.   • Stole Money

    I used cheapoair to buy some flights to India. The money for the flights went through fine, in September. On the 13th of February, I noticed that they had also taken out £9.90 from my bank, for no apparent reason. I phoned up to complain, only to speak to someone in India who immediately said 'ok, refund'. When I asked about the money. He said 'anything else I can help with today?', and I asked why they had taken the money. He again replied 'yes, refund'.   • Fly Dubai

    Not bad. Typical low cost airline. No free food. Tiny, uncomfortable seats. Had to leave my leg in aisle because I couldn't fit it in behind the seat. Of course, stepped on every time someone walked by. Snotty attendents stood in the back of the airplane talking about passengers in negative light. The budget departure terminal in Dubai is pathetic. No place to sit. Trays of food stacked on tables. Rude workers. The flight wasn't even cheap - cost me 500 USD round trip from Riyadh to Dubai.
