CheapOair is liar company

I regret a 1000 times that I made an airline booking true CheapOair.

The purpose of this review is to tell about my sad experience and warning everybody else from doing business with CheapOair Company.
I booked the flight to Israel in November for my daughter. The flight was for March 27, returning on May first.
First of all, two day before the departure date they left a message on the phone ‘you have a major change, please, contact us’.
When we contacted the office we found out the the connection flight from Brussels to Israel was cancelled without any explanation.
After a day of conversation, they rescheduled a flight to March 29.
Later on my daughter’s plan changed, I called to CheapOair and asked to change the flight back from Israel to the USA from May 1 to April 16.
For the additional charge of $250 they made a change. That happened on April 6.
After that for a week I was not able to get a confirmation about the change.
I called to the company every day, spent 4-6 hours on the phone with customer service, ask to be connected to a supervisor, waited again the additional hour just to be connected.
Very often the call was just disconnected and I have to start over.
Every supervisor told me that they are trying to issue a ticket, but that should do an airline. When I tried to contact an airline, I have been told that CheapOair should submit to the airline some papers.
Every day after the conversation with a supervisor I have been told that I need to wait the additional 3-5 hours, someday 24 hour and everything will be fixed. They promised to call me. Nobody ever called me, nobody.
The day before the flight I even received an email from CheapOair stating that everything is OK now and I should not worry. When I contacted the airline after that email, I found out that this is not true - the ticket is old and my daughter will not be able to fly.
Only when I found out the company address (it happened to be in NYC) and my son come to the office, brought a tons of printed emails, chat conversations the branch supervisor started to work. We found out that CheapOair did not send to airline some authorizations form (even they spoke to airline company about that and knew what papers should be sent). Only after that the problem was resolved just 24 hours before the flight.
Even after that I never received any apology from any CheapOair representative.
I will name some company ‘heroes’, the professional liars (supervisors) with whom I was trying to resolve the issue and who lied to me day after day for a week.
I am not sure about the correct spelling of their names, but I will provide the supervisors phone extensions.

I am writing all this in order to warn everybody who wants to book a flight – DO not DEAL with Liars (if you do not want problem and headache).

Dear Sir, although there was alot more involved with the issue regarding your daughters ticket. The fact the airline would not ticket either due to the status of it, however, you left out the details that CheapOair.com did resolve this and your daughter did have a ticket to travel on.
