Worst travel agency and the worst customer service.... I will never book a flight & hotel with them. I recommend expedia and others. When you book with cheapoair.com you need to be very careful and read good their refund policy. I purchased two tickets for our 2 employee while ago. They are not working for our company any longer and I called them and spoke to one of their representative for 45 minutes on the phone. I asked for both reservation's cancellation. The cancellation reason is they are no longer working for our company. She said she could give us a refund after the deductions. We get $686.14 credit (ticket amount) with Virgin America. And she already charged $150.00 on the same card for penalty per person. She DID NOT tell me we can not use this credit for any other employee in our company. When I was on the phone with her yesterday I said that I need to purchase another ticket for a different employee. She NEVER told me I can not use this credit for another employee. If I would know we can not use the credit then why I would accept the pay for penalty? I called the Airline today and spoke to manager but he said they are the travel agency and he can not do anything. He gave me his e mail address and he said if cheapoair.com accepts for him to change the name and cut the ticket for our employee he will be more than happy to help us. Today, I called cheapoair.com again; and what the representative told me? After I answer all the security questions and passed "she said I'm not authorized to make any changes". I always use cheapoair.com to buy the tickets for myself and my company. Unfortunately, it is very frustrating situation for me to make all these calls and getting no help. I would like to have a response from them soon... Lets see what will happen. I am not recommending this travel agency to anybody...
