DO NOT BOOK unless you have money to burn - Cheopoair flight booking
Made me enter all my card details then up popped a screen saying the flights I wanted were not available. However, unknown to me I had apparently purchased flights one way - without anything to suggest I had purchased tickets on Cheapoair website. This is a website error and I lost £171 as a result since admin fees for cancelling are extortionate. As others have said, you are put on hold, told to speak to a supervisor that never materialises, told they will call you back, which they don't. This company simply gives their customers the run around and treated me appallingly. I also paid their admin fee for the privilege of their website losing me money that I cannot afford to lose. Frustrating beyond belief.
