Never use CheapOair!!! - customer service

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It is almost impossible to reach them over the phone and when you do finally reach them they have extremely poor communication skills and many calls just randomly get disconnected after which you need to go through the entire 25 minute wait time again. Also they changed my flight itinerary 48 hours before I was scheduled to get on the plane. I was not given a choice...just told that there would be an additional 6 hour layover, which caused me to miss a connecting flight. I will never even consider using cheapoair.com ever again.

Dear Customer, I am really sorry for our long hold times. We have been experiencing heavy call volumes due to our new sales promotions. We are striving to improve our average hold time, for we know it is important for our existing and new customers to be able to reach us in a timely manner. Now addressing the issue with the changes, let me ask this, who ultimately has control over the airlines flights, schedules and day to day operations. That would be the airline themselves. We are the travel agency and we act on behalf of the airlines, therefore, the airline changes your flight schedule not CHEAPOAIR.COM, therefore, the airline is responsible for the reprotection of their passengers. They know which flights have seats available to accommodate all those people they have inconvenienced, its not us or any travel agency. So therefore, placing the blame on us is not only disheartening but falsely accusing.

For those of you who have had this happen to you, or possibly will in the future. It is the airlines change in day to day operations, not your travel agent or the travel site.
