I have never experienced anything like that!!! Made a hotel reservation..then a couple of days later I needed to upgrade to a bigger room. Called customer service. Customer service reps can barely speak English, put you on hold and never get back to you. Had to call 5 times. Could not understand the word they were saying. I was so frustrated with them not even being able to understand what I needed, that I just decided to cancel and book somewhere else. They are charging me outrageous cancellation fees. WHen you are booking online, cancellation fees are nowhere to be found!!! I still cannot find where $120 came from! Will file a chargeback! Outrageous customer service! This business is a joke!

you should probably start with your customer service and teach your reps English, and how not to hang up on customers! the hotel did not have any cancellation fee (the reservation was for August). I had to cancel because I could not spend 5 days on the phone trying to explain your people what I needed! Cancellation fees are not clearly stated anywhere. How can you even talk about charging any kind of fee if you people cannot provide basic service??? I was frustrated to say the least! Worst company to deal with

Dear Margo, if you can provide me with the booking confirmation I will be glad to research this and provide you with an explanation. However, it is clearly displayed on our website under TERMS AND CONDITIONS that there will be service fees for cancellation of hotels, cars, flights. If you canceled this booking within the hotel cancel policy, that is why you are being charged the 1 night deposit. That is controlled by the hotel themselves. But with your confirmation, I will be glad to research this, and hopefully can come to a resolution.
