WORST Customer Service - customer service

The WORST customer service and travel web site to use! I urge all customers to file a FORMAL COMPLAINT to ConsumerAffairs.com about this company/organization. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP! I filed my complaint and received a notice that it will be published for all agencies to review, law enforcement, media, etc., and will be kept on record for any future complaints.

I've booked many vacation trips using other travel web sites and I never experienced the worst service in my life. CheapOair reps do not speak clearly or good English and extremely rude! I received a message my flights have been changed and to call back to discuss times and/or possible refunds-WRONG! Needless to say, I talked to two different reps and still didn't get help.

Dear Catfl, it sounds to me that you have experienced an airline schedule change. When this occurs our company has no direct role to play in the changes other than provide you with the options the airline has provided. If you could contact me directly I wish to follow up on this. I am sorry for the inconvenience, and hope that this was resolved.
